The present interlocutory application has been instituted by the petitioner praying for impleading one “Partha Sarathi Das” who has now been selected for the post of Principal, Mahur Higher Secondary School as party respondent No. 7, in the connected writ petition being W.P.(C) No. 6495/2025. The said selection was made during pendency of the present proceeding. The prayer made by the applicant is not being objected to by the respondent. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to implead “Shri Partha Sarathi Das, Assistant Teacher (Graduate) of Mahur Higher Secondary School, Mahur” as party respondent No. 7 in the connected writ petition.
