1. The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 07.05.2026 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Executing Court, whereby the property of the petitioner/judgment- debtor was ordered to be attached.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he cannot dispute the fact that pursuant to the impugned order dated 07.05.2026, the property stands attached.
3. In the aforesaid circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present revision petition be disposed of as not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to file objections against the attachment and take all pleas thereagainst, as may be admissible under law.

Disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
