It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that his application in Form-III under Rule-7(a) of the Odisha Timber and Other Forest Produce Transit Rules, 1980 at Annexure-5 is not disposed of since 16th February, 2023. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Divisional Forest Officer, Bargarh Forest Division (O.P. No.2) to dispose of the application of petitioner at Annexure-5, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. 4.
