ORAL ORDER
1. Sri. Devaraju, learned counsel is directed to take notice for respondent Nos.2 and 3.
2. In this petition the petitioner seeks for the following relief:
“Issue a writ mandamus (or) any other appropriate order, directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner to give first preference in the list for the post of secretary in the gram panchayath, at Annexures- C, C1, C2 and D dated 15.06.2021, 30.10.2024 &

02.05.2025, in accordance with law, insofar as the petitioner is concerned.”
3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned AGA for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that having regard to the fact that representations at Annexures C, C1, C2 and D dated 15.06.2021, 30.10.2021, 30.10.2021 and 02.05.2025 respectively submitted by the petitioner have not been considered by the respondents so far, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.
5. Per contra learned AGA for respondent No.1 and
learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 jointly submit that if reasonable time is granted, respondents would consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and joint submissions made by both the sides, I deem it just and proper to dispose of this petition directing the concerned respondents to address the grievance of the petitioner, consider and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate steps/action pursuant to the representations submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
