Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. The petitioner’s grievance is that he has not been paid the allowances or even any compensatory allowance for rendering service on holidays, including Sundays, seems to be well- founded. However, in spite of repeated services there is no representation on behalf of the respondents no. 3, 4 and 5. 3. The petitioner’s representation dated August 27, 2025, to the Principal of the respondent no. 4, has not been considered in any manner whatsoever. 4. The Principal of the respondent no. 4 is directed to consider the representation dated August 27, 2025, of the petitioner in accordance with the relevant provisions of law and particularly the Burdwan University First Statute, 2 by February 15, 2026, upon giving adequate prior notice of hearing to the petitioner. 5. The Principal will, thereafter, intimate the order to be passed by him in the representation to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from date of hearing. 6. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 8.
