The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Title Suit no. 118 of 2024 from the Court of learned Civil Judge (Jr.Div.), 2nd Court at Katwa, to the Court of learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman. 3. It is the case of the petitioner/wife that she resides at Alamganj, Post Office-Nutanganj, P.S. Bardhaman, Pin-713102. 4. On the other hand, the opposite party/husband resides at Vill+P.O. Natunhat, P.S. Mangalkote, Dist-Bardhaman, Pin-713147 and has filed the Title suit in Katwa Court. 5. On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties it appears that the petitioner herein being the defendant before the trial Court, submits that she is facing threat and as such she is unable to attend the Court at Katwa. No documents have been filed before the Court to substantiate such claim. 2 6. There is no prima facie case made out for the transfer of the suit. 7. CO 1583 of 2026 stands dismissed. 8.
