No representation for respondent No.2. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent No.1-State. 4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr. Ravi Kiran Arukutla, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/Accused, submitted that the matter has been settled before the mediator. 5. On 02.03.2026, the matter was referred to mediation, and both parties were directed to appear before the mediator. 6. The mediation settlement agreement is placed on record. 7. As seen from mediator’s report, Ms. Koppaka Aruna, the learned mediator, submitted a report stating that the matter has been settled. The terms and conditions were entered into between the petitioner and respondent No.2. 4 MRK,J Crl.P.No.1674 of 2026 8. In view of the settlement of the matter before the mediator, the Criminal Petition is disposed of as compromised, in terms of the mediator’s report.
