JUSTICE S VISHWAJITH SHETTY ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court in this successive bail petition filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail in S.C.No.683/2023 pending before the court of LXI Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge (CCH-62) at Bangaluru arising out of Crime No.2/2023 registered by Nandini Layout Police Station, Bengaluru City, for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 506, 120B read with Section 34 of IPC. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court in Crl.P.No.12922/2023, which was dismissed on merits by the Co-ordinate bench of this Court on 05.02.2024. Subsequently, he had filed another bail application in Crl.P.No.8718/2025, - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010370752026 NC: 2026:KHC:39818 CRL.P No. 7701 of 2026 which was dismissed for non-prosecution by the Co-ordinate bench of this Court on 15.04.2026. It is under these circumstances, he is before this Court in this successive bail petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is delay in the trial and till date there is absolutely no progress in S.C.No.683/2023. However, material on record would go to show that on the grounds of delay in trial, the petitioner has not approached the Trial Court and he has directly filed this petition without there being any liberty granted by this Court in the earlier criminal petitions. 5.
