The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with the representation dated 13.02.2026, seeking for transfer of the existing patta No.1028 in her name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. 3. Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the second respondent if the petitioner’s representation, seeking for transfer of the existing patta No.1028 in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the documents filed by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.
