“The petitioner as the Advocate for the petitioner in the above writ petition submits that:
In terms of respondent – Bank has issued the modified order bearing Ref.No.OADD:PAD:ANV:2025:26-81 dated 15.12.2025 and directed to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority, against the order dated 15.12.2025 issued by the Disciplinary Authority in the respondent-Bank in this regard.
Wherefore, I pray that this Hon’ble Court permit to withdraw the above writ petition with liberty to file application before the Appellate Authority, in the interest of justice.”
