JUSTICE RAJESH RAI K ORAL JUDGMENT The learned counsel for the appellants filed a memo seeking permission to retire from the case, along with the intimation notice sent by him to the appellants on 19.06.2026, the original RPAD receipts, and the acknowledgments evidencing receipt of the said notice by the appellants on 22.06.2026. He submits that, despite having received the notice and communication, the appellants have failed to provide any instructions to him and, as such, he is unable to proceed with the case. Since the notice sent by the learned counsel has been duly received by the appellants, he is permitted to retire from the case. 2. Further, as the notice issued by the learned counsel was received by the appellants on 22.06.2026 itself, sufficient opportunity has been provided to them to prosecute the appeal.
