Gupta ……..for the State 1. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent. Actually the wife of the accused lodged a complaint against the defacto-complainant earlier and this instant case is counterblast on the said complaint on the next date against the present petitioner. Chargesheet has been submitted. His prayer for anticipatory bail may be allowed in any terms and conditions. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and has placed reliance of the injury report of the victim, who suffers grievous injuries. 2 3. Having heard the learned counsels for the respective parties and on perusal of the case diary produced by the State including the statement recorded under Section 180 of the BNSS and injury report which shows serious head injury. In view of the sufficient materials against the present petitioner, this Court is not inclined to allow anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. 5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. 6. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities. ( Ajay Kumar Gupta, J. )
