1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been recommended by the West Bengal School Service Commission for appointment of teacher and due to deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the petitioner is not in a position to submit the documents and the authorities are not considering the request of the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the appellate tribunal and prays for disposal of the appeal as early as possible.
2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner dated April 7, 2026 as early as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
3. WPA 21307 of 2026 is disposed of.
4. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
