By presenting this writ petition petitioner has prayed for direction upon concerned police authority to provide protection so that petitioner can lead normal life and attend her place of work. 3. Learned advocate representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 24th August, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Nabadwip Police Station and same is taken on record. Copy of the said communication dated 24th August, 2026 is made over to learned advocate representing petitioner. 4. It is disclosed in the communication dated 24th August, 2026, in reference to a letter dated 13th August, 2026 of petitioner and her husband that petitioner and her husband at present are not staying under the jurisdiction of Nabadwip Municipality rather they are staying at Ranchi with regard to treatment of their son. 5. Moreover, from perusal of complaint dated 27th July, 2026 made by petitioner before the concerned police [2] authority, nothing could be ascertained about particulars of incident and who are the culprits. It appears that said complaint is omnibus in nature. 6. In consideration of facts that petitioner and her husband both are not staying at present under the jurisdiction of Nabadwip Municipality and an omnibus complaint was lodged by petitioner before concerned police authority on 27th July, 2026, no order need be passed in this writ petition. 7.
