Petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the petitioner is not in a position to get the ration articles from the FPS shop and the petitioner is not in a position to update the KYC in the bank due to which the petitioner is also not in a position to operate the bank account. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that being aggrieved of the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the appellate Tribunal and she prays for disposal of the appeal as early as possible. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 2 5.
