1. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is taken up for consideration. 2. Petitioner has been implicated in a case under Sections 341/447/323/325/354/379/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case out of political rivalry. The petitioner is not at all connected with the incident. 4. Learned advocate appearing for the State relies upon injury report as well as other materials in the Case Diary. 2

Considering the nature of allegations made in the First Information Report and also taking into consideration of the injury report, it transpires that injuries have not been classified as grievous. There is an allegation of theft of Rs.17,000/- and one pair of gold earrings. 6. In consideration of the nature of allegation and the materials in the Case Diary, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7.
Accordingly, I direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS and on further condition the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight till the conclusion of investigation and on condition that the petitioner shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional Court on and from the date fixed for appearance of the accused and in default the jurisdictional Court will pass appropriate order to secure the presence of the petitioner in Court including cancelling the anticipatory bail granted without further reference to this Court. 3
