State of Uttarakhand and others’ as well as the judgment and order dated 11.03.2019 passed in Special Appeal No. 155/2019 ‘State of Uttarakhand and others vs. Prem Singh affirmed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide judgment and order dated 15.10.2024.” 2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the issue is squarely covered by the order dated 06.04.2026 passed by this Court in Civil Contempt No. 509 of 2020 ‘Naresh Das vs. Ranjeet Sinha and another’ wherein this Court recorded the statement of State Counsel that special fund has been allotted in order to comply the judgment passed by the Division Bench dated 11.12.2012 and necessary budget will be released. 3.
