By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “1] That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to respondent No. 02to decide revenue case registered RAGHVENDRA JAT Digitally signed by RAGHVENDRA JAT 2 202305021000010/19/A-6/2022-23, of the petitioner within a stipulated period in the interest of justice. 2] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not challenging any particular order but is seeking a direction from this Court to respondent No. 2, to decide Revenue Case No. 202305021000010/19/A-6/2022-23 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. His pending representation will be considered in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the concerned respondent No. 2, to decide Revenue Case No. 202305021000010/19/A-6/2022-23 in accordance with law/rules/regulations and in an objective manner as expeditiously as possible within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the 3 merits of the case. 7. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
