Order on Board 15.09.2026
1. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondents raises an objection to the maintainability of the present writ petition on the ground that the petitioner is an employee of Respondent No. 5, namely, Chhattisgarh Rajya Sahkari Bank Maryadit, and the dispute raised by the petitioner pertains to his service. It is submitted that an alternative remedy is available to the petitioner under Section 55(2) of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960,
3 and, therefore, the present writ petition is not maintainable before this Court.
2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority under Section 55(2) of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act,
1960.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. Sd/-
