JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioners are before this Court seeking to be enlarged on bail in Crime No.43/2025 for it having been turned down by the Court of Session in an offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) and 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2. Heard Sri. Manjunath Naik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Sri. B.N. Jagadeesha, learned Addl. SPP appearing for the respondent and have perused the material on record. 3. The petitioners are accused Nos.1, 2 and 3 get embroiled in the aforesaid crime at the time when they were caught with two trolley bags of 27.60 kgs of Ganja. The petitioners then seek their enlargement on bail before the concerned Court. SPP on instructions would submit that the respondent has already filed the charge sheet. After filing of the charge sheet, the petitioners have not approached the concerned Court seeking their enlargement on bail. Therefore, reserving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court of Session seeking bail on the score that the charge sheet has been filed, the petition stands disposed.
