The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2045 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned A.C.J.M., Palamau. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that initially F.I.R. was registered under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and now the charge sheet has been submitted under Section 85/115(2) of the BNS and the petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2025 and the charge sheet has been submitted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner happened to be the husband of the deceased. 5. Considering that the case has been instituted under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the charge sheet has been submitted under Sections 85/115(2) of the BNS and the petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with ( 2026:JHHC:1852 ) 2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Palamau in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
