From the said order dated 19th February, 2026 it appears that resignation of the petitioner was accepted and petitioner was released in order to facilitate him to join the post of Junior Engineer in Panchayat & Rural Development Department, Government of West Bengal. 4. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has joined the post of Junior Engineer in Panchayat & Rural Development Department today. 5. It appears that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. No further order need be passed on this writ petition. 6. The writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
