The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chas P.S. Case No.134 of 2025, for offence registered under sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 127(2), 132, 352, 351(2) and 121 of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the alleged occurrence is said to be dated 2.10.2025 whereas the FIR has been registered on 4.10.2025. He next submits that there are general and omnibus allegations and one person namely Ram Chandra Handi has been assaulted by six persons and he further submits that the FIR has been registered against nine named accused and 10 to 15 unknown persons. He also submits that the petitioner has got no 2026:JHHC:1935 2 criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.12. He next submits that the petitioners are also cooperating in the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegation of assault is there. 5. Considering that alleged occurrence is said to be dated 2.10.2025 whereas the FIR has been registered on 4.10.2025 and there are general and omnibus allegations and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.12, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro, in connection with Chas P.S. Case No.134 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) 27.01.2026 SI/
