Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in spite of direction passed by this Court on 10.12.2025 there has been non-compliance of the said direction passed in CRM (M) 2605 of
2025. State has advanced the same prayer that only the investigating officer is left. On 10.12.2025 also the same submissions was advanced by the State. However, neither the petitioner nor the Sate has been able to convince this Court that such order dated 10.12.2025 passed in CRM (M) 2605 of 2025 was brought to the notice of the learned trial Court being the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Baruipur. Having regard to the same, I direct that the evidence of the investigating officer be concluded within a period of 60 days from the
2 next date fixed before the learned trial Court being 20.04.2026. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Learned advocate for the State is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial Court as well as the learned Public Prosecutor conducing the trial on behalf of the State. Thus, CRM (M) 578 of 2026 is dismissed with the aforesaid directions. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
