Heard Sri. V. Ganesh Bhujanga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that when similarly situated persons filed W.P.Nos.7491, 7876, 7661, 7668, 7424, 7875 and 7904 of 2018 with a similar prayer as in the present case, this Court, on 24.11.2025 closed all the writ petitions leaving it open to the petitioners therein to work out the remedies in accordance with 4 VS,J W.P.No.7480 of 2018 law. Thus, learned counsel for the petitioners requested to pass a similar order in the present petition. Learned Assistant Government Pleader did not object for the said submission. 4. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out the remedies in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
