1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“i. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set RAGHVENDRA JAT Digitally signed by RAGHVENDRA JAT
2 aside the order dated 03/08/2026, passed in the Revenue Case No.202410210100039 B/121 Year 2024- 25, passed by Collector District Baloda Bazar Bhatapara (C.G.). ii. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an alternative remedy is available to the petitioner under law before the concerned DRT for redressal of his grievance. Accordingly, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy available to him before the concerned DRT in accordance with law.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned DRT and file an appropriate Securitisation Application (SA) within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
