The petitioner is undertaken to pay balance amount of Rs.3,30,000/- to the respondent on or before 15.05.2026. Wherefore, the parties in the above petition are respectfully prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to dispose of the above petition in terms of the above memo, in the interest of justice.
