By way of this petition, the petitioner has assailed Office Order dated 18.04.2026 (Annexure P-3), in terms whereof, he has been transferred from GSSS Khatiyar, District Kangra, H.P. to GSSS Sansarpur Terrace, District Kangra, H.P. 3. The contention of learned Counsel for the petitioner is that this transfer has been effected without permitting the petitioner to complete his normal tenure at the present place of posting. On a query put to him, he informed the Court that the distance between Khatiyar and Sansarpur is about 15 Kilometer. 4. In light of the fact that the petitioner has been transferred within 15 Kilometer from his present place of posting, this Court sees no reason to interfere with the impugned order 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:13430 because the order is not such so as to cause very serious hardships to the petitioner. 5.
