This Civil Revision Petition, filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is preferred by the petitioner/respondents No.1 and 2, against the order dated 12.02.2016 passed by the learned XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, (for short, ‘the Trial Court’), in I.A.No.337 of 2013 in O.S.No.138 of 2006. By the said order, the Trial Court allowed the interlocutory application and ordered the impleadment of the proposed party as the 2nd defendant in the suit. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled out of court. It is further submitted that, in view of the said settlement, the petitioners are not inclined to prosecute the present Civil Revision Petition and have reported that no further adjudication is required in the matter. 3. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 4. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
