Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction restraining the Respondent, their officers, servants, agents or anybody claiming through them from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of

the Petition Schedule property except by due process of law. b) Direct the Respondents to remove the signboard or any other structure erected in the Petition Schedule Property claiming the same as belonging to Respondent-BMTC. c) Pass such other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as the disputed question of facts are involved in this writ petition, I am of the view that the writ of mandamus does not lie against respondents. In that view of the matter, writ petition is accordingly, dismissed. 4.
