The instant MCC has been filed by the applicant seeking modification in order dated 04.08.2026 passed by this Court in WPC No.621 of 2021. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that in WPC No.621 of 2021, this Court has permitted applicant herein to file fresh representation before respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievance. He would further submit that during pendency of that writ petition from District Rajnandgoan, District Mohla-Manpur- Ambagarh Chowki has been carved out and the territorial jurisdiction of the applicant falls within the Collector, Mohla- Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki, Chhattisgarh. However, as the cause title could not be amended and the direction was issued to Respondent No.2 therein/Collector, Rajnandgaon. Therefore, in para 5 of the order dated 04.08.2026 passed in WPC No.621 of 2021 “respondent No.2” should be mentioned as “the Collector, Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki”, 3. Learned State counsel would not oppose the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and considered their submission. 5. In para 5 of order the dated 04.08.2026 passed in WPC No. 621 of 2021, word “respondent No.2” as appearing in “I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage permitting the 3 MCC No. 849 of 2026 petitioner to submit fresh representation before respondent No.2 and if such representation is submitted, concerned authority” be read as “the Collector, Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki”. It is ordered accordingly. 6. It is directed that this order shall be made part of the record of WPC No.621 of 2021. 7.
