The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bashishth Nagar P.S. Case No. 63/2019. 3. There was an exchange of firing between the extremists and the police personnel and two of the extremists were apprehended who disclosed that they have come to supply food and water to the extremists. 4. The petitioner seems to have been implicated on the confession of a co-accused. One of the co-accused has been granted bail by this Court in B.A.No. 856/2020. The petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2025 5. Regard being had to the above, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Bashishth Nagar P.S.
