Mr. Syed Nurul Arefin ….for the petitioner Mr. Abhijit Ray ….for the opposite party no.1 After some argument the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays that a direction be passed upon the learned trial judge to dispose the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure expeditiously. Mr. Ray, learned advocate appears for the opposite party no.1. He submits that the written objection to the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure has already been filed. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 2781 of 2026 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), 2nd Court at Barasat to take up the hearing of the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the next date fixed, and to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
