Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in the case only due to political rivalry. Out of 4 accused persons two have been surrendered before the Trial Court and obtained anticipatory bail. He prays for anticipatory bail of the petitioners on any terms and conditions. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State produces the case diary as well as the memo of evidence. While going through the case diary including the injury report, it appears that the injury report is not legible due to handwriting of the treating doctor. Learned counsel for the State also concedes the same. 2 3. In view of the above facts, a fresh report be filed with regard to the nature of injuries sustained by the victim(s) on the adjourned date. 4. List the matter on 31st August, 2026 under the same heading. 5. Memo of evidence filed by the State is taken on record. 6.
