Following reliefs have been prayed in this petition:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for records with regards to case of the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the application of the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to demarcate the land owned by petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.4 That, any other relief in the discretion of this Hon'ble Court. Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances, may also be provided to the petitioner.” 3 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to Sub Divisional Officer cum Nazul Officer, Surajpur District Surajpur to consider and decide his pending application dated 15.04.2026, in accordance with law, within a stipulated period. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is directed that Sub Divisional Officer cum Nazul Officer, Surajpur District Surajpur shall consider and decide the petitioner's pending application dated 15.04.2026, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other concerned parties. 5.
