On 20th August, 2025, a complaint was filed by the petitioners with the respondent no.1/ BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL). 5. Having heard the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent no.1/ BRPL to consider the complaint filed by the petitioner and pass a speaking order within eight (8) weeks from today. 6.
