Today when the writ petition came up for hearing, learned counsel for the 5th respondent submitted that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and the 5th respondent outside the Court and that no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not denied the said submission. 4. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed.
