The Court made the following: ORDER:
This Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following prayer:
“to issue an order or writ one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent is not seizing the 5th respondent bore well situated at Thimmaganipalli Village, Palavoi Post, Kalyandurgam Mandalam, Ananthapur District in Sy No. 13 to an extent of Ac.2,00 cents and not considering the representation of the petitioners dated 10.2.2018 is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violative of the AP WALTA Act 2002 and Rules 2004 and also violative of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to seize the bore of the 5th respondent immediately in the interest of justice and to pass”
2. Heard Mr. M. Karibasaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Ms. K. Aishwarya Chowdary, learned counsel for the 5th respondent. 3. Today when the writ petition came up for hearing, learned counsel for the 5th respondent submitted that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and the 5th respondent outside the Court and that no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not denied the said submission. 4. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 4 VS,J W.P.No.7219 of 2018
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed. _____________________
