And In the matter of : Rajen Hembram. ……Petitioner. Mr. Debanshu Ghorai .....for the Petitioner. Mr. Soumya Raha ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a government servant and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. It has also been informed that charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Court. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that petitioner was allured by false promise of marriage. I have taken into account the materials of the case, particularly, the statement of the lady and having regard to the same, I am of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitled to the benefit of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, CRM (A) 1800 of 2026 is dismissed. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. 2 Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
