The case is listed for orders on default pointed out by the Registry, which is that the application seeking exemption from filing typed copies of the annexures filed by the petitioner is not required. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid application is not required and, therefore, he does not wish to press the same. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the application seeking exemption from filing typed copies of the annexures is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, the default pointed out by the Registry stands overruled. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned order dated 21.08.2026, whereby respondent No.5 has been sought to be posted at the petitioner’s place of posting, despite the petitioner’s subsisting reappointment as Head Master at Government Primary School, Bhulsidih, Block Korba, up to April, 2027. He submits that respondent No.5 had earlier been posted at Government Primary School, Sarasdeva, after revocation of his suspension, and several other posts of Head Master are lying vacant. He further submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation before the competent authority and, therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the said 3 representation. 5. Learned State counsel has no objection to the above prayer. 6.
