The petitioner Hariom Singh is praying for quashing of First Information Report dated 22.03.2026 bearing FIR No. 0003 of 2026 P.S. Nachni, District Pithoragarh, wherein, he has been implicated for the offences punishable under section 108 of BNS, 2023. 4. On the previous date the State was directed to get the instructions and today Mrs. Rangoli Purohit, learned Brief Holder, on instructions, apprise to this court that in the suicidal note the deceased discloses the name of the petitioner that he is responsible for his suicide and during investigation almost nine videos has been collected by the concerned I.O. who examined all the video clips and now there are sufficient material against the petitioner. 5. Consequently, I do not find any merit in this petition. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed being devoid of merit. (Rakesh Thapliyal, J.) 22.04.2026 PR 2026:UHC:2954
