By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “i. to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in nature thereof to the respondent State to quash the impugned Annexure P-3, whereby the petitioner is superannuated at the age of 58 years instead of permitting her to discharge her duties till the age of 60 years. ii. to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in nature thereof to the respondent State to reinstate the petitioner as Peon-cum-Chowkidar and pay emoluments and other financial benefits due to the petitioner with all consequential due to the petitioner with all consequential benefits for not allowing him to serve till the age of 60 years.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 ( 2026:HHC:13399 ) 3.
