Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash impugned rationalization order dated 07.06.2025 (Annexure P-1), 04.07.2025 (Annexure p-2) and appellate order dated 17.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) and 06.01.2026 (Annexure P-4), in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, in alternative this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 respondent authorities to decide pending appeal dated 19.01.2026 within stipulated period, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as against the posting of petitioner under the rationalization policy representation, Annexure P-9 dated 19.01.2026, submitted by petitioner before Respondent No. 1 is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 1 to take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner at the earliest within specified time. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that as the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and only seeking direction to take decision on the pending representation submitted by him, she is having no objection to the limited prayer made by the counsel for petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 1 to consider and take decision on the pending representation of petitioner vide Annexure P-9 dated 19.01.2026, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within 3 a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of order passed by this Court. 6.
