1. Parties are present through their respective Counsels.
2. Bail prayer of the petitioners is taken up for
consideration.
3. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case.
4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that there was an altercation between the petitioners and the victims over catching of fishes. In such altercation the victims received grievous injuries. Accordingly, the Petitioners prays for anticipatory bail.

5. Learned Counsel for the State refers to the statement of the witnesses specifically an eye- witness recorded under Section 180 of the BNSS. He also refers to the injury report and submits that the victim was mercilessly beaten up by the petitioners with iron rods, hansua and other deadly weapons.
6. Heaving heard the submissions on behalf of the parties and on perusal of the materials placed before this Count including the Case Diary it appears that the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the victim.
7. From the statements recorded in course of investigation it transpires that the petitioners assaulted the victim with deadly weapons. The injury report discloses grievous injuries on the person of the victim.
8. In consideration of the aforesaid materials, the nature of allegations and the stage of investigation, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
9. In view of the aforesaid materials, the bail prayer of the petitioners is rejected.

10. Accordingly, CRM (A) 2399 of 2026 is dismissed.
11. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this
order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
