1. During course of hearing, learned advocate representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 13th August, 2026 of Inspector-in- Charge, Chakdah Police Station and same is taken on record. Copy of the communication dated 13th August, 2026 is made over to learned advocate representing petitioner.
2. Since it is disclosed in communication dated 13th August, 2026 that based on complaint lodged a criminal prosecution has been initiated being Bhatpara Police Station Case No.235/26 dated 23rd July, 2026 under certain provisions of BNS and Dowry Prohibition Act it is submitted on behalf of petitioner that grievance of petitioner is redressed.
3. Hence, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of.
