According to petitioner, he is the senior most lecturer in a Government aided institution, namely, CMD Inter College, Bhagwanpur, Haridwar. His grievance is that charge of officiating Principal is not given to him and has been given to one Shri Sanjay Garg, who is serving as Principal in some other Government aided institution, namely B.D. Inter College, Bhagwanpur, Haridwar. This according to petitioner is not permissible, as management of a Government aided educational institutions is the employer and teacher from one institution cannot be transferred to another institution. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that if petitioner has any grievance, then he can approach the competent authority by making representation. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation to the competent authority.
