By the present writ petition, the petitioner, who is working in the department of respondents/Samagra Shiksha is seeking a direction towards the respondents authorities to regularize his services on the post of Block Resource Coordinator (BRC). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in continuous service since 08.03.1995, i.e., for nearly three decades. It is further submitted that the concerned department has already sought the approval and concurrence of the Finance Department for the regularization of the petitioner. However, the petitioner’s claim/representation for regularization has not yet been decided by the competent authority. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State as well as respondent Nos. 4 & 5 submit that, if the petitioner’s claim/representation (Annexure P-3) is still pending before the competent authority, the same shall be considered and decided by passing a necessary order, in accordance with law, within a period of 50 days. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the pleadings and documents. 3 5. Having considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the petitioner’s claim/representation by passing a necessary order, in accordance with law, within a period of 50 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
