And In the matter of : Estab Sekh @ Estab Sk @ Husna ……Petitioner. Mr. Manjeet Saha ……for the Petitioner. Mr. Kaustav Lal Mukherjee ….for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. State has produced the case diary, drawn the attention of the Court to the statement of witness under Section 183 of the BNSS. Having considered the complicity which is reflecting in the statement of eye witness, I am of the opinion this is not a fit case for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, CRM (A) 1776 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
