Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent No. 1, i.e., the Learned Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSEFC), Chhattisgarh, to expeditiously decide the pending Claim Petition No- ED-2026-0019837 of 2026 filed by the Petitioner under Section 18 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006, within a time-bound period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. b. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not challenging any specific order, but is seeking a direction from this Court to respondent No. 1 to consider and decide the petitioner’s pending Claim Petition No. ED-2026-0019837 of 2026, filed under Section 18 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 3 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that, in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider and decide the petitioner’s pending Claim Petition No. ED-2026-0019837 of 2026, filed under Section 18 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006, he has no objection to the said limited prayer. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, instead of keeping this petition pending, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage by directing respondent No. 1 to consider and decide the petitioner’s pending Claim Petition No. ED-2026- 0019837 of 2026, filed under Section 18 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006, in accordance with law, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. 7. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
