Matter is taken up for consideration in terms of order dated 28th July, 2026 in presence of learned advocates representing petitioner, State respondents and respondent no.2. 2. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of petitioner is taken on record wherefrom it appears that Chairperson, Child Welfare Committee, Kolkata being additional respondent no.6 though received notice on 1st August, 2026 but is not represented today. 3. It appears from the communication dated 16th May, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Manicktala Police Station that two daughters of the petitioner, namely, Rajanya Bhattacharjee and Ananya Bhattacharjee are presently staying at Society for Indian Children’s Welfare, West Bengal, situates at 20 and 22 Col. Biswas Road, Kolkata-19 in terms of order of Child Welfare Committee. 4. Since petitioner is mother of aforesaid two children, concerned authority of Child Welfare Committee and [2] Society for Indian Children’s Welfare, West Bengal shall permit petitioner to meet her daughters once in a week on Sundays at 10:00 AM for one hour. 5.
