2. Sri. Abhijith Pandey - authorized signatory of the appellant, who is the defendant and the respondent/plaintiff - Sri.Om Prakash N Singheri, are also present before the court physically, identified by their respective counsels on record. Parties to the proceedings

were referred to explore the possibility of a settlement by this Court vide order dated 19.06.2026. Accordingly, they were sent to the Karnataka Mediation Centre, Bengaluru. In the process, parties have amicably resolved the dispute by entering into a Memorandum of Settlement under Section 89 of CPC read with Rules 24 and 25 of the Karnataka Civil Procedure (Mediation) Rules, 2005.
3. The Mediation Settlement Agreement is placed on record. The parties agreed to the terms and conditions stipulated therein, and they have signed the settlement agreement voluntarily without any force or coercion. They agree and admit the execution of their signatures to the said settlement agreement which is not disputed by either of the parties or their respective counsels on record. In view of the same, the matter having been settled by way of amicable mutual settlement agreement in the manner known to law, I do not find any legal impediment to dispose of this appeal in view of the settlement agreement

by both the parties. Accordingly, this appeal stands
disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement annexed along with this appeal filed before this Court.
4. Accordingly the original suit- O.S.No.2898/2025 also consequently stands disposed of in accordance with the settlement terms.
